Accessibility Statement

Last updated: March 6, 2026

Our Commitment

Bloom CRM is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards to ensure we provide equal access to all users.

Conformance Status

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities and more user-friendly for everyone.

Accessibility Features

We have implemented the following accessibility features throughout Bloom CRM:

  • Keyboard Navigation: All interactive elements can be accessed using a keyboard
  • Screen Reader Support: Semantic HTML and ARIA labels provide context for screen reader users
  • Color Contrast: Text and interactive elements meet WCAG AA contrast requirements
  • Focus Indicators: Visible focus states help keyboard users track their position
  • Text Alternatives: Images include descriptive alt text where appropriate
  • Responsive Design: The interface adapts to different screen sizes and zoom levels
  • Clear Labels: Form fields have associated labels for clarity
  • Error Identification: Form errors are clearly identified and described

Known Limitations

While we strive for comprehensive accessibility, some areas may have limitations:

  • Drag and Drop: Some drag-and-drop features (like Kanban board reordering) may have limited keyboard accessibility. Alternative methods are provided where possible.
  • Complex Data Visualization: Some charts and visual data may not be fully accessible to screen readers. We provide data tables as alternatives.
  • Third-Party Content: Some embedded content from third-party services may not meet our accessibility standards.

Assistive Technology Compatibility

Bloom CRM is designed to be compatible with the following assistive technologies:

  • Screen readers (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, TalkBack)
  • Screen magnification software
  • Speech recognition software
  • Keyboard-only navigation

Browser Compatibility

For the best accessible experience, we recommend using the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge. These browsers provide the best support for accessibility features and assistive technologies.
